He has 25 years of experience in the management and delivery of organizational transformation projects. He has been focusing on tax reform and the modernisation of revenue administrations since 2003.
Mr. Kamel directs technical assistance consultancy assignments that aim to support tax administrations in achieving their objectives. He delivers both strategic advisory services and operational-level business solutions to clients across three continents.
The projects he spearheads include organizational structure design, IT strategic planning, legislative framework analysis, and business process reengineering. Capacity building is a constant priority in the projects that he oversees.
Moreover, Mr. Kamel manages projects aimed at implementing integrated tax administration systems. These projects leverage technology to enable tax administrations to deliver more efficient and higher quality services while increasing the levels of compliance to tax obligations.
