C2D supports the integration of two versions of a tax administration system. C2D is assigned to deliver project management and change management services in support of the integration of two versions of the Standard Integrated Government Tax Administration System (SIGTAS), and of the two underlying Oracle® databases, for the Inland Revenue Department of the Federation of St. Christopher and Nevis.
The Client now manages the federation’s global revenue through a single, integrated information system. C2D’s assignment is geared towards the User Acceptance phase, and subsequently focused on the planning and supervision of the commissioning of the integrated revenue administration system. The project is financed through private funds.
