Objective and Merit-Based Recruitment Process in Comoros

Congratulations to the Comoros tax administration (Administration Générale des Impôts et des Domaines, AGID) for the extensive, objective and merit-based process aiming to recruit the future tax inspectors, with technical assistance by C2D Services.

Here’s an article from the Gazette des Comores newspaper, explaining that things have started to change, and that favoritism is absent from the recruitment process. Indeed, out of 875 candidates, 26 will be recruited by the AGID upon completion of the process, for Tax Inspector positions at the Large Taxpayer Unit.
